Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so it will not be accepted.
Consumable hardware such as atomizers, cartomizers and cartridges are non-refundable unless proven to be defective. Defective consumable products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase of Glas brand hardware, you can return it for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Our explicit company policy is that we do not retroactively apply coupon codes to any orders placed without the coupon code properly entered and processed. If your coupon code doesn't work and you think it should, we encourage you to please contact our customer service department before placing any order so we can help to rectify the situation.
If you're sure you want to return a Glas product, contact us first to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization. We can't accept any shipments back to us without one. Reach out, tell us what the problem is, and we will try to make it right. If we can't, we will authorize the return for you and have you send the goods back to us for processing.
